Yew Hedging - Taxus baccata
Yew is an ideal low to medium-high conifer hedge-like plant.
The needles, which are horizontal branches are bright green and pointed. The yew can grow in all soil types, both in the sun or in partial shade.
The yew is evergreen, even during the winter.
To obtain a nice hedge, we advise you to plant the plants 50cm (20 inches) apart and to cut twice per year (in May and September). The ideal height of the hedge is between 30 cm and 200 cm.
