Johnstown Garden Centre Terms and Conditions:
By using this website, all website users (“you”) agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, you may not use this website.
All offers are made subject to these terms and conditions.
Availability of stock:
The listing on the web site is usually kept well up to date, so it is generally safe to assume that if it is listed here it is available. Occasionally things sell out during the day before they can be removed from sale and so not be available.
The appearance of "Available to order" against an item is not a guarantee that it will be in store if you visit.
If an item is sold out, we will endeavour to bring it back into stock as quickly as possible.
Pricing:
Every effort is made to keep these prices up to date, with the sizes of plants in stock.
As stock levels change every day, one size may sell out and be replaced by a bigger or smaller size in the garden centre here.
A price appearing on the website may vary from that in the garden centre, however we try to minimise any variations.
The appearance of an item on this website does not automatically mean it will be always in stock at the garden centre store.
Cancellations and returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, in its original packaging, for a credit note within 14 days of purchase.
If your purchase is faulty, you may return it or a full refund, including delivery charges, or a replacement item within 12 months of purchase.
Please include a note stating the reason for the product return, along with your name, address, daytime contact number and receipt.
Delivery will be charged at cost in accordance with the destination and volume.
The price may be amended after you place your order to reflect any change in delivery costs. These will be notified to you in advance.
Delivery charges are free for some products such as all Garden Buildings, and Gift Vouchers. Otherwise they are added separately to your shopping cart.
Some items such as seeds have a small amount included in the price of each packet as a contribution to shipping. These show up as shipping included, otherwise shipping is added separately to your shopping cart.
Small items are sent by standard post. Larger items are sent by courier service.
Garden Buildings
Garden Building prices also include erecting the building on site in your garden on a level prepared site provided by you. You will however have to provide a number of concrete blocks for the building to stand on. You will be notified of this prior to delivery.
Buildings are only supplied in the Republic of Ireland and all orders are subject to approval by the manufacturer for site suitability, access, location etc.
The placing of an order online is NOT an automatic contract to supply, regardless of location. If the location is very remote, we may not be able to fulfill the order.
Greenhouses are supplied flat packed for self assembly.
We aim to ship all orders within 5 days of placing the order, provided it is in stock. You will be advised of any undue delay.
Garden Sheds take approximately 10 days to manufacture and deliver. Log Cabins may take 4-6 weeks to manufacture and deliver.
We cannot guarantee delivery on a particular day or time.
If a product is unavailable, a similar product of equal or greater value will be substituted in its place.
Sales Tax - VAT is included in all prices shown.
These terms and conditions may be revised at any time by us updating the website. Changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately when they are posted on the website. We reserve the right to amend or correct any website content, without prior notice.
