I note below in your email that feedback is always welcome, so just dropping you a line having just received my plant order in the last hour.
I have not fully unwrapped the plants yet but I have opened the cardboard casing and all the plants were very well wrapped. I wasn’t sure what to expect having never ordered on line before but from what I can see having peaked into some of the wrapping they look to be strong healthy specimens and I am really looking forward to a weekend of gardening!!
Your website is excellent and I will be ordering again I am sure.

My order arrived about 20 minutes ago. Once again everything was so well packed that the shrubs, five in all, only lost one or two leaves. All well moist and in perfect condition thank you. I certainly will use your garden centre again and will most definitely recommend you to others.

The order arrived first thing yesterday (Wednesday) morning. Considering the fact that I placed the order online late on Good Friday, the delivery time is pretty impressive! Perhaps your standard should be the norm, and we're just used to things not being as they should, but in any case it is very refreshing.
