Johnstown Garden Centre Shipping Information
We accept payment in Euro, through Mastercard, Visa,3v or Laser Debit Card.
Cancellations and returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Johnstown Garden Centre, in its original packaging, for a credit note within 14 days of purchase.
If your purchase is faulty, you may return it or a full refund, including delivery charges, or a replacement item within 12 months of purchase.
Please include a note stating the reason for the product return, along with your name, address, daytime contact number and receipt.
Delivery will be charged at €10 max cost,per delivery.
Delivery charges are free for some products such as all Garden Buildings, and Gift Vouchers. Some items such as seeds have a small amount included in the price of each packet as a contribution to shipping. These show up as shipping included, otherwise shipping is added separately to your shopping cart. SEE BELOW

Small items are sent by standard post. Larger items are sent by next day courier service.
We aim to ship all orders within 5-7 working days of placing the order, provided it is in stock.
Sometimes part of an order is out of stock and this may delay delivery.
You will be advised of any undue delay.
Garden Buildings take approximately 10 days to manufacture and deliver.Log Cabins can take up to 4-6 weeks to manufacture and deliver.
We cannot guarantee delivery on a particular day or time.
The listing on the web site is usually kept well up to date, so it is generally safe to assume that if it is listed here it is available. Occasionally things sell out during the day before they can be removed from sale and so not be available.
The appearance of "available to order" against an item is not a guarantee that it will be in store if you visit.
If an item is sold out, we will endeavour to bring it back into stock as quickly as possible.
If a product is unavailable, a similar product of equal or greater value may be substituted in its place.

Free shipping:
Some items such as Gift Vouchers, are shipped free of charge.
Other lightweight items such as Seeds,and other small sundry items are priced as shipping included.
These items can be supplied worldwide.
Packet charge:
€6.50 Total Delivery charge.
This charge applies to items that can fit within an A3 post bag.
These items can only be supplied within Ireland (32 Counties)
Courier Charge:
€10.00 Total Delivery Charge
This is charged for larger items and these will be delivered by Courier. This charge applies to parcels up to 25kg in weight.
These items can only be supplied within Ireland (32 Counties)
NOT FOR SHIPPING items:
These are large, or bulky or fragile items that are not suitable for shipping through the normal channels.
These are only available to personal callers to the store.
Delivery can be arranged in store with the customer, but charges may vary from €30- €80 upwards, depending on the bulk and distance involved.
These items are included on the site for your information and research.
While we are quite sure that you can find cheaper prices on the internet, we only buy the very top grade, cream of the crop plants, so you can always be assured of the very highest quality available, and they are all guaranteed to grow.
Garden Buildings
Garden Building prices also include delivery and erecting the building on site in your garden on a prepared level site provided by you.
Garden Buildings are only supplied in the Republic of Ireland and all orders are subject to approval by the manufacturer for site suitability, access, location etc.
Greenhouses are supplied flat packed for self assembly.
The placing of an order online is NOT an automatic contract to supply, regardless of location. If the location is very remote, we may not be able to fulfill the order.
