Helictotrichon sempervirens - Blue Oat Grass
Blue oat grass, is a clump-forming grass with steel-blue foliage.
The long, wiry leaves on arching stems are about ½ inch wide and taper to a fine point. It grows about two feet tall and three feet wide.
Evergreen blue foliage.
Prefers a sunny site and good drainage.
