Greengage is a steady, heavy cropper producing golden/green gages that are sweet and so juicy they generally run down one's chin.
First rate for cooking (crumbles especially) jam making and desserts.
Loves good soil.
Self-fertile. Use August-September
The mature size is about 3m x 3m (10ft x 10ft)
Planting distance should be at least 4m (12ft apart)
