Grape Himrod - Seedless - Self Fertile
Himrod is an American bred, disease resistant seedless grape producing white grapes which ripen to golden yellow. Himrod will succeed outdoors in a warm, sheltered spot, especially in the southern half of the country. The fruit is smaller than a seeded grape but the quality is excellent with a sweet flavour.
Normally grown as a dessert grape but can be used for wine making. Ripens in October, earlier if grown under glass. Can be kept in a pot for a few years but vines have extensive root systems and will not thrive long term unless they are planted in the ground
